Our practice is considered out of network with all dental insurance plans. This allows us to focus entirely on providing the highest quality care and recommending treatment based on your needs—not insurance limitations.
As a courtesy, we are happy to submit insurance claims on your behalf. Please note that patients are responsible for any portion of treatment not covered by their insurance plan. Because coverage varies widely, we encourage you to contact your insurance provider directly to understand your specific out-of-network benefits.
Our knowledgeable team is always available to help answer questions and provide estimates so there are no surprises.
Payment & Financial Policies
Payment is due at the time services are rendered. Prior to your appointment, we can provide an estimate of your expected insurance coverage and will collect the estimated patient portion at the time of service.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, cash, personal checks, and CareCredit. Receipts are provided for all transactions. If there is a remaining balance after insurance processing, a statement will be mailed to you and/or sent through Text to Pay.
If you have questions or concerns about payment, we encourage you to contact our office in advance to speak with a member of our management team. For more extensive treatment plans, flexible financing options and payment arrangements may be available and can be discussed privately with our office.
