Your first visit begins with a thorough consultation to discuss your diagnosis and treatment options. A friendly team member will take digital X-rays and intraoral photos as prescribed by . Next, a comprehensive periodontal (gum) exam will be conducted as part of our detailed evaluation. These images are displayed on a 40-inch TV, allowing to review your results with you in real-time. She will then recommend the appropriate dental cleaning and any necessary treatments. If time permits, we can even complete your cleaning during the same visit.

Dr. Jill Moniz
Dr. Jill Moniz grew up in Lancaster, PA and graduated from Penn State with a B.S. in Biology. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, the world’s first dental college! Following dental school, Dr. Moniz completed a general practice residency at Lehigh Valley Hospital, gaining experience in treatment planning on medically compromised patients. Dr. Moniz worked in private practice in Lancaster county and Philadelphia prior to joining The Schiff & Moniz Dental Group in 2013.

Dr. Patricia Sansaricq
Originally from New York, Dr. Patricia Sansaricq earned her bachelor’s degree at New York University and her Masters in Public Health from The Johns Hopkins University. She is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and completed a hospital based general practice residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia.

Dr. Jill Zurek
Dr. Jill Zurek, “Dr. Jill” to her patients, is originally from upstate New York. She received a B.S. in Biology from Siena College in Loudonville, New York. Dr. Jillreceived her D.D.S. degree from the University of Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. She served as Chief Resident at the Women and Children’s Hospital of Buffalo and received a certificate in Pediatric Dentistry. While in residency, she taught Pediatric dentistry to dental students and continues to participate in ongoing research in Pediatric conscious sedation with the anesthesia department of Women and Children’s Hospital of Buffalo. She is a diplomate of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, receiving her Board Certification in Pediatric Dentistry in 2008.
Outside of work Dr. Jill enjoys hiking, reading, traveling, and spending time with her husband, two daughters, and their dog.

Dr. Reza Hakim Shoushtari
Board Certified in Periodontology and Dental Implant Surgery
Dr. Reza Hakim Shoushtari received his first dental degree from Semmelweis University in Hungary. After practicing dentistry for a few years in Netherland he moved to the United States and received his second dental degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, during which he was recognized as “The Recipient of the Outstanding Dental Student in Implant Dentistry Award” by the Academy of Osseointegration, received “The Howell Smith Award in Prosthetic Dentistry”, and graduated with an Honors in radiology. Then he pursued his specialty degree in Periodontics and Periodontal Prosthesis at the University of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Richard Titlebaum
Dr. Richard Titlebaum was born and raised in Pittsburgh. He earned a B.A. in Economics from Haverford College and received his D.M.D. from Harvard School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Titlebaum then served as an Endodontic Resident in the I.B. Bender Division of Endodontics at Albert Einstein Medical Center. He received a certificate of Endodontics and returned a year later as Clinical Staff at Einstein, where he continues to teach to this day.
